The quickest way is WhatsApp — send us your dates and the stay you have in mind, and we'll confirm what's available and take it from there.

Check-in is from 11 in the morning, and check-out is around the same time the next day. The host or caretaker meets you and helps you settle in. If you need an early arrival or a slow start, tell us when you book and we'll do what we can.

Couples are welcome, married or not. Everyone checks in with a valid government photo ID — Aadhaar, passport, or driving licence. Local IDs aren't accepted.

We're near Sirsi in the Western Ghats — about five hours by road from Bangalore, and a couple of hours from the coast at Gokarna. Once you've booked, we'll send pin-point directions and a few landmarks for the final turns.

Yes. We can sort a pickup or drop, and transfers from the bus stand, railway station, or airport — some by private taxi at extra cost. Send us your arrival details and we'll set it up.

Yes. There's a play area for younger ones, and plenty to do once the screens are away. Tell us your group and we'll point you to the right rooms.

Yes — pet dogs and cats are welcome, one per booking, by prior arrangement. A small daily charge applies, and they're free to roam. Pet food isn't stocked, so bring your own.

Pure-vegetarian, home-style cooking — North Indian, South Indian, and the local Malnadu dishes, all freshly made. Breakfast comes with every stay; for lunch and dinner, eat off the fixed menu or have the on-site cook prepare something to your taste. Outside food isn't allowed. Tell us about any dietary needs ahead of time and we'll sort it out.

There's high-speed wifi across the property when you need it. Signal on the drive in can be patchy, and it thins out past the river — that's usually how you know you're close.

Shoes you don't mind getting muddy, a layer for the cooler evenings, and a torch if you have one. The essentials are taken care of once you're here.

Plans change. Cancellation terms depend on the dates and the stay you book, so message us as early as you can if yours change and we'll talk through your options.

We do — riding clubs, families, small teams from the city. There's an amphitheatre on site for bigger gatherings. Send us your numbers and dates and we'll work out the details.
